Level 2 - Fundamental Aquatic Skills

• Objective: To give participants success with fundamental skills.
• Skills Covered: Entering and exiting the water independently, submerging with open eyes to retrieve objects, floating on front and back for 5 seconds with assistance, rolling from front to back/ back to front with assistance, swimming 2 body lengths on front and back with assistance, water safety.
• Recommended Age: 6-9
