Level 3 - Stroke Development

• Objective: Help participants gain basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes. Teach skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water.
• Skills Covered: Jumping entry, rotary breathing, floating on front and back for 30-60 seconds, changing direction and treading water, elementary kick, Modified breaststroke 2 body lengths, Breaststroke and front crawl15 yards, elementary backstroke and scissor kick 15 yards, water safety.
• Ages: 18+
