Learn to Swim: Ages 6-12 years

Level 4 - Stroke Improvement:

• Objective: To improve their aquatic skills and increase their endurance by swimming the strokes learned in level 3 for greater distances and more advance proficiency.
• Skills Covered: : Head first compact and stride entry, underwater swimming for 3-5 body lengths, treading water for 2 minutes, introduction of open turns, streamline kicking on back for 3-5 body lengths, front crawl for 25 yards, breaststroke, butterfly, and back crawl, and side stroke for 15 yards, elementary backstroke and scissor kick 15 yards, water safety.
