Description:

Our 5&6 year-old program introduces gymnastics foundations and fundamentals on vault, bars, beam and floor. In this station based class students will learn basic skills, technique, flexibility and conditioning to aid in their skill knowledge and safety as well as develop body awareness and control both inside and outside the gym.
