Description:

Students must meet the following requirements to be eligble for this class:
Independent Front Walkover, Backwalkover, Roundoff rebound

Class goal is for students to learn their backhandspring, fronthandspring and aerial.

Students will further develop their strength, flexibility and acrobatic knowledge through a series of drills and progressions.
