Looking to improve your acro and tumbling? Through a variety of progressions and drills this class focuses largely on building strength, developing body awareness, and improving flexibility to ensure safety in skill development. Students will work at their own pace as they advance into more difficult skills and tumbling combinations. Class registration is dependent on experience and skill level:
