Description:

Hydroplanes and history! Explore powerboats at the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum then experience history through a contemporary lens at the Museum of History and Industry. 

Join us on a fascinating trip through two unique museums. The Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum boasts one of the largest Gold Cup Winning hydroplane exhibits in the world. Explore these incredible hydroplanes and their beautiful restoration projects. Next we will head over to the Museum of History and Industry to have a look at their current exhibits. MOHAI Features collections of the Cable TV Revolution, WWI America, and their permanent exhibits focusing on Seattle's innovative past. We'll have a chance for a no-host lunch at the South Lake Cafe at MOHAI, or feel free to bring your own meal. We'll take care of all admissions.

Participant Requirements:

-Be prepared for cold/wet weather.

-Wear comfortable shoes

-Bring money for food, purchases, and gratuities (optional)

-A camera and snacks for the road are a good idea.
