Description:

In this super fun introductory coding camp, children will transform into superheros of code as they dabble into the world of programming. Designed to fuel the mind of the 6 to 8-year-old child, Little Wonders will be stretched and challenged in this coding camp, where they will learn to reason systematically and think creatively as they forge multimedia stories and develop games using MIT’s Scratch.

Camp Highlights:

  • Solve fun brain-teasers, puzzles and logic games.

  • Learn the fundamentals of programming and basic animation using Scratch to develop and create multimedia stories.

  • Learn about colour sensing and create a track for a car to drive in

  • Experiment with scratch extensions such as music, video sensing and Lego WeDo

  • Visit Fly Over Canada and immerse yourself in the world of virtual reality
