Our classroom will turn into a premium salon as we prepare for a week of pampering and self care. Spend the week mixing, cooking, testing and creating as we learn all the secrets to feeling good inside and out.

• Test out some Tik Tok self care hacks to see if they really work

• Create a nourishing and delicious tub of lip balm

• Try out some self-care techniques such as mindfulness and guided meditation

• Take a trip to the Granville Island Soap Gallery
