Description:
Our 3rd-6th grade camp is a fun and engaging experience designed to introduce young athletes to the sport of volleyball. Using an ecological dynamic coaching approach with a focus on constraints-based learning, athletes are challenged to think creatively and problem solve in age-appropriate, game-like situations. Our coaches prioritize physical and mental health, nutrition, and injury prevention, and provide individualized attention to each athlete. The camp includes technical training on fundamental skills such as setting, serving, passing, and hitting, as well as fun games and activities that develop hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and confidence. This camp allows athletes to showcase their skills in a supportive and fun environment.

Notes: **** REFUND POLICY **** A full refund will be issued for any cancelation 7 days or more before the first day of the camp. Refund requests within 7 days will be handled on a case by case basis.
Prerequisites: For athletes going into 3rd-6th grade in the fall of 2023.
