Our hitting clinics are designed to provide athletes with a deeper understanding of the technical aspects of hitting in volleyball. The clinic includes technical training on hitting form, approach footwork, and arm swing mechanics. Athletes also learn about tactical strategies for hitting, including shot selection and reading blockers. Learn to hit with range and power.

Prerequisites: For athletes going into 7th - 12th grade in the fall of 2023.
