Description:
Finish a project, restart a project or learn something new in this open sewing lab! Join fibers artist, Kim DeBord, for Sunday afternoon stitching. Get advice on a wide range of techniques like garment construction, mending & darning, embroidery, sashiko, and using your sewing machine. Bring your projects or potential projects or just bring yourself and dive into a new skill. Shared tools and some basic materials will be provided. Two shared sewing machines will be available and you’re welcome to bring any of your own tools and machine. Upcoming Dates: January 14th, 1-4pm. February 11th, 1-4pm. March 10th, 1 – 4pm. $20 a session. For ages 16 + (10-15 yr olds are welcome with an adult) Register Below. Drop-ins are also welcome (Max capacity is 15 persons a session).
