Patent and tot yoga is the perfect class for you and your little yogi to learn beginner yoga posses (Asanas) together in a fun and creative environment.

In this class you will learn a sires of floor and standing poses for you and your little yogi to practice together. This class will also focus on breathing and mindful relaxation techniques. This is a fun and creative class that will bring lots of smiles and laughter.

This class is perfect for tots 2-5. Please bring a yoga mat for you and your little yoga and some water to stay hydrated.
