Dates: Mondays, 4/22-5/20 Time: 6:30-7:30pm Location: Behind the high school/middle school Fee: $50 Program Description: Rookie Sports Club leads an age appropriate program that utilizes fun games and activities to teach the fundamentals to beginning and intermediate soccer players. Coaches focus on teaching the basics of dribbling, passing, scoring, and the concept of game play. Proper sportsmanship is emphasized in a positive and encouraging atmosphere enabling children to enjoy learning soccer while also have fun being physically active. Each week will include both developmentally appropriate instruction as well as recreational, non-competitive game play. Equipment: Rookie Sports Club will provide soccer balls. If your child brings their own soccer ball, we recommend it is labeled with their name. Shin guards are optional. Participants should wear athletic clothing and sneakers/cleats. Children should bring a water bottle each week.
