Description:
All male recreation class focusing on the male events and skills. This 90 minute class consists of basic gymnastics skills focusing on fun, fitness and fundamentals along with introduction to vault, bars, pommels, p-bars, rings and floor. If your son is potentially interested in progressing into the men's competitive program, this is the class for him! There are 3 levels to achieve in this program and a progress report will be given to each athlete at the end of each spring session along with a ribbon for those athletes who have completed a level(s) Beginner Intermediate
