Description:
Nervous about strength after a three-year pandemic? Let’s build that confidence and strength back up with drills that will set you up for success and refine your technique. We will focus on core and cross body stabilization with air and ground circuits.

Required age: 18+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Enthusiasm for the circus arts!
