Description:
Adult Trampoline 1 will introduce students ages 18 and up to the basics of bouncing on a trampoline. Students will focus on developing air awareness, core strength, agility, and stability. Basic trampoline movements, twisting, and rotating will be explored.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):

Other Exceptions :
Monday, May 13, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:25 PM:
- The staff will be Dylan Forbes instead of Isaac McDonald

Required age: 18+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Enthusiasm for the circus arts!
