Description:

Tramp-O-Wall will introduce students to the trampoline wall and help them develop basic Tramp-O-Wall skills. The class will cover running the wall, building height, mounting the wall, dropping in off the wall, as well as some other skills.

Required age: 16+ on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Students should be able to bounce onto their back on the trampoline (back drop) before enrolling in the class. Students are recommended to wear soft-soled shoes that have never been worn outside. (Available for purchase at SANCA for $20.)
