Description:
Join Coach Abigail as you Spin, roll, and flow across the floor with Cyr Wheel! If you are new to Cyr Wheel, this class is the perfect introduction to this large ring-shaped apparatus. Students will get comfortable with the movement of the wheel and learn the various ways to interact with it. Students with prior experience will expand their vocabulary, learning new skills and how to sequence them together!
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):

Required age: 16+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Enthusiasm for the circus arts! Minimum Height - 4'11" Athletic shoes or bare feet are recommended.
