Description:
Junior Trampoline will introduce students ages 6-8 the basics of bouncing on a trampoline. Students will focus on developing air awareness, core strength, agility, and stability. Basic trampoline movements, twisting, and rotating will be explored.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):
- Friday, April 12, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:55 PM
- Friday, May 10, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:55 PM

Required age: 6 - 8 on the day of the activity
