Description:
In our beginner 1 rope class, you will learn the foundational skills of this discipline. This class will focus on building and applying your knowledge of aerial rope skills and increasing your strength and endurance in the air.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):
- Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
- Tuesday, April 30, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Required age: 16+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Age 16+ | Graduation from Aerial Fundamentals or coach approval.
Skill requirement:
At least one of the following skills is required:
Aerial - Beginner Aerial 1, Aerial - Beginner Rope 1
