Description:
In Beginner 1 Straps we will start exploring the wonderful world of straps and how to properly position our bodies to achieve greatness. In this class we will be focusing on many different conditioning drills, strength building skills and basic spin technique.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):
- Monday, April 01, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
- Monday, April 08, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
- Monday, April 22, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Required age: 16+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Age 16+ | Graduation from Aerial Fundamentals or coach approval
Skill requirement:
At least one of the following skills is required:
Aerial - Beginner Aerial 1, Aerial - Beginner Straps 1
