Description:
This class is a great chance for intermediate aerial straps students to discover some of the foundational skills of straps. We will work on flares, meat hook transitions, and progressions for more difficult skills. Even for those who are not interested in focusing on straps as their discipline, this can offer excellent cross training and aerial conditioning.

Required age: 16+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Graduation from Beginner 2 Straps or coach approval

At least one of the following skills is required:
Aerial - Intermediate Aerial, Aerial - Intermediate Straps
