Description:
Beginner Pole is for students new to pole, those returning after some time away, or those who wish to review the basics of static and spinning pole. Classes focus on safely engaging the upper body and core, combining simple tricks and floorwork, and learning the basics of climbing and pole sits.

Required age: 18+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: 18+ | Graduation from Pole 1 or coach approval
Skill requirement: Aerial - Dance Pole 2
