Description:
Tip your world upside down with beginner handstands! This class is designed to get you practicing handstands anywhere and everywhere with confidence. We will work on the strength and skill required to balance a handstand on your own, away from a wall!

Required age: 18+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Graduation from Handstand Prep or coach approval.
