Description:
This is the class for those adults who have never thought of themselves as athletic. Those who want to do more movement but feel that the beginner class will be too hard, or go too fast. Maybe in youth you did some sports, but haven’t played a game in years if not decades. Let’s introduce movement, strength, and play into our everyday lives! This is a non skill based class, in the sense that we will meet you wherever you are that day. Intro skills on a variety of aerial and circus equipment will be shown, as well as strength conditioning, body awareness, and flexibility. The goals will be to create a safe space to explore what circus arts have to offer with no pressure to meet any external goals.

Required age: 18+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Enthusiasm for circus arts!
