Description:
Trampoline will introduce students of all levels to the basics of bouncing on a trampoline and beyond. Students will focus on developing air awareness, core strength, agility, and stability. Basic trampoline movements, twisting, and rotating will be explored. More advanced students will have the opportunity to refine their skills and practice more challenging twisting moves as well as basic to advanced flips.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):

Required age: 12+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Enthusiasm for circus arts!
