Students will start with a series of exercises on the floor that encourage active thoracic mobility, shoulder engagement, and core stability, followed by an exploration of the different ways to target weaknesses and train (reverse) meathooks with and without a spot on a variety of apparatuses. ***Sliding-scale pricing available by request!
