How about Chinese food?”   One gets lots of questions and comments after a decade in China.  Maybe we can sort out a few of the misconceptions and myths about the Middle Kingdom. To do this we need first to understand their history, culture, values, and their economic system.  The West gets a lot of things wrong about China but some right! Let’s explore.
