Ian Kunitski Coping with the loss of a loved one is one of life's most difficult challenges. The pain that is felt can be overwhelming. Join us as we discuss what it is like living with grief. In this session, we will talk about: what grief is and what it looks like, the misconceptions and myths of grief, practical ways and coping tools to move forward with your grief, where to find support.
