Description:
Daryl Cooper We will visit the Arctic. Who owns the Arctic? What about the military entanglements? Tourism explosion? How about the new shipping routes as the polar icecap recedes? We will explore life above 60, Arctic ethnic groups, resources, and the marine food web. Participation is welcome. This will be a re-visit of the class offered last spring, updated and expanded to two sessions.
