Description:
Debbie Hubbard / Shirley Piedt Using videos and group discussion, we’ll explore the foundations of our history that most of us did not learn at school. The Doctrine of Discovery and the Indian Act will be the focus of our first two sessions at the Martin Centre. Our final session will be a visit to Westbank First Nation and a tour of some of their buildings and programs. The tour will be outside. Tour included in price. Carpooling will be arranged.
