Dr. Douglas Lobay The presentation will begin with an introduction to the principles and practice of Naturopathic Medicine. We will then discuss "blue zones" or geographic areas of the world that have the longest lived people. The common and unique health practices of these different zones are analyzed and discussed in detail. we will then discuss the top health food vitamins and supplements that promote longevity, preserve health and limit the effects of aging on the human body.
