Week 6: Scientists Vs the Wild

Dates: August 5th - August 9th

How long can a person survive with water, food or shelter? What types of plants are safe to eat? Put your outdoor skills to the test as we tackle the outdoors. Learn how to make sure your water is safe to drink, how to use a compass like a pro and more.

Notes: WEEK 1: IMPORTANT DATES: • January 15th: Member early access registration • February 1st: Registration opens to the public. • February 3rd: Camp Open House • March 15th: Early Bird Pricing Ends • May 15th: Last day to register in time to get your camp shirt by June 15th! • June 15th: Parent Camp Kick-Off (pick up your car tags & extra t-shirts!) • Medical Forms o Campers registered for Weeks 1-4: June 1st. o Campers registered for Weeks 5-8: July 1st. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Cancellations made prior to April 1st will receive a 100% refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per week cancelled. • Cancellations made prior to May 1st will receive a 100% credit, minus a $25 administrative fee per week cancelled. • Cancellations made prior to June 1st will receive a 50% credit, minus a $25 administrative fee per week cancelled. • Any cancellations made after June 1st are not eligible for a refund or credit of any kind, except in the case of emergency. These situations are considered on a case-by-case basis by SMLI. Prerequisites: Child must have completed at least 4th grade.
