Preschool:  This program introduces preschoolers to the basics of gymnastics through a structured and fun atmosphere. Vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline will be explored in this highly energetic class using the Just for Kids Equipment in the gym.

Mini Gym:  This program is aimed at young gymnasts and encourages their curiosity with activities on all of the major gym events, including vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. Participants in this one-hour class will be working towards achieving the Burgundy (Level 1) and Red (Level 2) status in the CanGym Program. As part of the CanGym Bronze Level, this class develops the movement patterns that must be mastered to successfully perform all future gymnastics skills, regardless of their level of complexity.
