A Few Things to Remember .... Please read carefully
-Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.
-Please wait in the lobby until the Coach admits the children into the gym
-All adults MUST remain in the lobby during the gym time - No Exceptions. If you fail to co-operate you will be required to Leave IMMEDIATELY - NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
-Parties are geared for children 4 years and older, who can participate unaccompanied. Please refer to previous bullet point.

-No Beverages or food of any kind outside the party room.
-At least one Guardian must stay for the duration of the party.
-Once your party moves to the party room there is no further gym time.  
-Please arrange for all guest to be picked up promptly at your party's end time.
Other important information
Our parties last for 1 hour 45 minutes and include 1 hour of supervised gym time by enthusiastic, nationally-certified coaches, and 45 minutes in the party room for time to eat birthday cake and unwrap presents! The birthday child will receive a complimentary gymnastics themed birthday t-shirt!

Please include all children who will be in attendance as party guests (including siblings) when booking a party. The birthday child will be free and not included in the head count. 
Please be advised that cake, ice cream, food/snacks, beverages, plates, cutlery, napkins, candles/matches, treat bags, and decorations are not supplied.

Please remember to take these items home with you as we throw out anything that has been left in the fridge/freeze.

You are also welcome to supply age-appropriate music (CDS) for your party.

You should send the waiver out with your invitations for parents to sign and return at drop off.  Our coaches will also have blank forms at the door for any forgotten or not completed prior.

Payment due upon booking via Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellations:

Our parties often book up more than a month in advance and therefore, the following policies are in place:

• If cancellation is received from the time of booking and 4 weeks prior to the party, we will refund or credit the full amount of the party fee minus a $25 administration fee.
• If the cancellation is received between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the party, there is a $100 cancellation fee.
• If cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the party, no refund or credit will be issued.
• All cancellation notices must be received in writing and submitted to stthomaselgin@rogers.com
