This course develops swimming proficiency, lifesaving skills and personal fitness. Candidates refine their stroke mechanics, acquire self-rescue skills, and apply fitness principles in training workouts. 

This is an entire course; full attendance is mandatory.

Prerequisites: Participants are comfortable swimming at least 200m without stopping and treading water for 2 min.
