St Albans BGC Stingrays - Prep Team  is an entry level swim program to advance to St Albans BGC Stingrays Sr Team

Notes: For the safety of each child involved, please note that the purpose of our swim team is not swim lessons but the development of each individual as a swimmer. Prerequisites: Must be able to swim 75 yards (Three lengths of the pool) freestyle, back crawl, Basic Breaststroke. If you do not meet these requirements, you belong in the Jr Development program.
