Our intermediate program is for swimmers who have completed Swim Kids Level 10 or Bronze Star.

This course teaches lifesaving principles embodied in the 4 components of water-rescue, education- judgment, knowledge skill and fitness.

Required age: 12+ on the day of the activity

Notes: If the participant is unable to complete the 350m distance swim continuously, we will place them in the Basic Level of this camp.

Prerequisites: Most recently completed swim level must be Level 10 or Bronze Star. Must be able to swim 350m continuously.
