Welcome to this all-levels yoga class where we will focus on physical well-being and mental clarity to promote lifelong wellness habits. Jamie has practiced and privately taught yoga for 11 years and is excited to teach in the beautiful Community of Stonebridge for the first time. She enjoys cultivating a sense of community, empowering participants to offer additional support to each other on their journey to better health. Classes are designed with modifications, to safely challenge individual needs based on their knowledge and skill level. Join me in this inclusive class where you will attain better awareness of self, while increasing strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation through a variety of yoga poses, breathwork and mindfulness techniques.
