RobocupJunior is a pre-college level robotics competition from the renowned World RoboCup™ AI-oriented Tournament. RCJ stands out as unique among most other popular robotic competitions available in the U.S.A. RCJ heavily focuses on the software algorithms development, and innovation of their hardware platforms. Teams have the freedom to choose their own hardware in both mechanical and electronic devices. Thus, teams may start with a LEGO Mindstorms kit or MakeBlock open-source platform. Please view this video for details. Rescue Line (I): Approximately $300+ hardware fee additional to the tuition fee if students have not yet purchased the devices. Contact our office by 9/1/22 if you do NOT need this hardware. Otherwise, we will purchase on the student’s behalf; payable through your Storming Robots account. Hardware is released to students after full payment is received. Rescue Line (II+): Hardware requirements will be further discussed in class as the hardware platform for a Maze group can easily vary based on goals and ability of the students. Hardware requirement:

Prerequisites: - As a first time participant - one must complete Robotics Projects - I&II - Analytics. - After that, one needs to at least complete Algorithms in C/C++ - I before participating again.
