Description:
Pre-School levels 1 and 2 consist of supportive lessons where students learn to be confident in the water. They learn to enter, exit, and jump into the water safely with assistance or a PFD. They are encouraged to become more comfortable with their heads under water by practicing submerging themselves in shallow water. They also learn basic life saving skills such as how to float on their front and back with a PFD, how to roll from their front to back with a PFD, how to glide with a PFD or buoyant aid, and basic flutter kicks with a buoyant aid.
