Description:

Athletes in this class will be working advanced recreational gymnastics skills.  They will be following the Gymnastics Canada CanGym badge system.  They will be using a variety of equipment and play to learn the fundamental skills necessary to advance through the fifth badge and higher.

At Taiso, we believe learning requires both structure and play.  You will see a variety of games as well as circuits.
