Location: 1521 Quebec Avenue

Description:

Enjoy your birthday at Taiso! Each party will have 1 hour of gym time with a coach, followed by 45 minutes in the party area. Each party needs to provide dishware, etc... for the party area. A fridge/freezer is available if needed. All parties must be cleaned up and out in the allotted time. Safety guidelines must be adhered to. Taiso reserves the right to refuse service to those who choose not to follow the safety guidelines.

Parties will have access to much of the gym but may be limited when competitive athletes are training singular events.

Please consider providing activities for your group to do during the party space time as you will not be allowed back on the gym equipment during this time and the coach will not be available to entertain your group..  ie. crafts, etc...
