The TEIA Trustee Fund was created as a long-term investment account available to the Board of Governors for unexpected emergency situations. The fund is managed by three Trustees elected to three-year terms at the Annual Meeting. Requests for capital by the TEIA board are reviewed by the Trustees before funds are distributed. Repayment options for funds withdrawn are agreed upon at distribution based on annual budget projections. TEIA thanks all members who generously contribute to the Trustees Fund annually.
