By registering for this activity, you will be automatically enrolled in two classes per week:

• Senior Ballet Technique runs on Mondays 6:45-8:00pm
• Senior 1/2 Ballet runs on Mondays 8:00-9:30 pm

Senior ballet students will continue to push themselves to develop ballet skills that have been developing from a young age. They will work on the RAD ballet syllabus level of the instructor's choosing and work on examination content at the teacher's discretion. Previous ballet training is required to join this class.

This class must be taken in conjunction with either Senior 1 Ballet Wednesday(AP) or Senior 2 Ballet Tuesday (AP)

This is a mandatory class for Intermediate and Senior ballet students.

Your child will develop the following skills in this class:

• developing a higher level of ballet vocabulary and technique at the Advanced level
• attention to detail in posture, performance, and musicality
• becoming well versed and comfortable dancing more regularly on pointe

Notes: DRESS CODE: GIRLS: Black bodysuit leotard (Capezio “MC110” or Wear Moi “Faustine”), convertible pink ballet tights, bare feet. BOYS: Fitted white t-shirt or bodysuit, black bike shorts, white socks, bare feet. OPTIONAL: Instead of pink ballet tights and ballet slippers, dancers may choose to wear skin toned tights if they wish to.

Prerequisites: Students in Senior 1/2 Ballet and Ballet Technique are required to enrol in either Senior 1 Ballet (AP) or Senior 2 Ballet (AP) depending on their age and skill level. They are encouraged (but not required) to join another class in a different style of their choice!
