Description:
Our Advanced Adult Tap class includes a mixture of learning new steps, collaborative work, improvisation, skill-building, learning games and choreography. In a fun and relaxed setting, the focus is on dancing together as a group, supporting each other in whatever level we are at and going outside our comfort zone. Improve brain health by exercising your focus, coordination, balance and memory. Practice building courage, making mistakes in a safe setting, while surrounded by people eager to celebrate your successes!
