This is a great introduction to various circus disciplines for your little ones. In this 45-minute class, we will cover stretching and flexibility, tumbling, hula hoops, juggling, spinning plates, and more! Circus arts are a great physical activity as well as mentally stimulating. Circus ats promotes body autonomy, group participation, and self confidence at an early age.

Required age: 7 - 13 on the day of the activity
