Description:

This skills class will have 3 classes each session. This class is designed to teach young players ages 10 and up fundamental volleyball skills and rules of the game in an environment that promotes teamwork, building confidence, healthy attitudes and healthy activity. It will also prepare players to sharpen their skills to make their school team. Class will focus on placement and positioning, passing, setting and spiking techniques, rotation, offense and defense coverage, overhand serving technique and the general rules of the game. Please come to class dressed in comfortable clothing (t-shirt and shorts or tights) and wear tennis shoes. Knee pads are recommended.
