Floor Hockey is a fast paces team sport that can be played by both boys and girls of almost any age, size, and at any skill level. In this class, we will be playing on a tennis court using hockey sticks and tennis balls for a puck. The goals are to teach basic concepts and technique of field and ice hockey. Classes will emphasize passing, puck/ball handling, shooting, teamwork, and safety. Please bring a water. bottle to class each day.
